Does Spaze offer warranties?

Yes, our store offers a 3-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. This warranty covers the frame and mechanism for 3 years, and the fabric and foam for 1 year. It only applies to residential use and normal use conditions. For example, if your sofa bed arrives in less-than-perfect quality, you will qualify for warranty coverage.

On the other hand, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, excessive wear and tear, or improper use. Damage caused by jumping on your sofa bed, for example, will not be covered. If you believe your issue may fall under warranty, contact us. We'll work with you every step of the way to resolve the situation. Please retain proof of purchase and provide details of the issue for efficient processing.

Need to return your package for any reason? We also accept returns under these conditions:

• Items must be unassembled and in their original Spaze packaging for returns.
• Missing original packaging? A $70 handling fee per box applies.
• Free trash removal is available within 3 days of delivery (must be requested).
• Delivery to PO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is not available.

What delivery options does Spaze offer?

We provide two delivery options for customers across the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska):

• Room of Choice Delivery: Items are delivered to your room of choice, up to two flights of stairs distance.
• Assembly & Room of Choice Delivery: Same as Room of Choice delivery, but with professional assembly added for an additional fee. No weekend or holiday deliveries.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary by region, with our rates spread out across:

• Standard Delivery Zones (West & East Coast):
  • Orders under $999 – $199 delivery fee
  • Orders $999 or more – $99 delivery fee
• Outside Standard Zones: Fee confirmed at checkout, or after you contact us for an official quote.
• Assembly Services: Additional $50 on top of the Room of Choice delivery fee.

How long does delivery take?

Our delivery process takes between 7-14 business days within standard delivery zones, while areas outside these zones may take 10-20+ business days.

How will I be notified about my delivery?

To confirm your 5-hour delivery window, we will notify you of your delivery 1–2 days before it's scheduled arrival. Then, on delivery day, you’ll receive a text or call when we're 15–40 minutes away.
