- Room of Choice: Up to two flights of stairs. Please ensure the path to your room is wide enough for the box.
- Inside and Assembly: Assembled in your room of choice. Spaze packaging is not removed. No weekend or holiday deliveries.
Note: "Trash Removal" is excluded from "Inside and Assembly." Contact us within 3 days for this free service. Please note, there is a handling fee of $70 per box, should you wish to return your purchase without the original packaging. Return Policy. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)
If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance for delivery, we can assist in its completion once your order is confirmed. Kindly email us a sample COI from your building management. The processing time typically takes 2-3 business days. Please factor in this timeline when scheduling your delivery appointment.
Shipping to Remote Areas
For orders to remote or various locations beyond our standard service area, higher shipping fees may apply. If you see 'Please contact our customer support for a quote' at checkout, kindly reach out to us at contact@spazefurniture.com. We can provide a personalized delivery quote based on your zip code, usually set at a default rate of $500 at checkout. Any adjustments to the delivery fee post-purchase will be communicated via email. Please note, deliveries to these areas may occur once a month.
Measuring Your Clearance
Please measure the height and width of doorways and hallways before making a purchase. It's advisable to measure your space in advance to ensure that the product is a suitable fit and can be easily maneuvered into the desired room. Consider factors such as obstructions behind doors, tight corners, hallways, stairways, and elevator measurements.
Scheduling Your Delivery Appointment
Once your order has been fulfilled, our delivery partner will reach out to you to schedule a delivery appointment. 1 - 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery, they will contact you to confirm the specific 5-hour time window for the delivery. On the day of delivery, they will call or text when they are 15 - 40 minutes away from your address.
Delivery Day
Please make sure the designated area for your new item(s) is clear and has ample space.
You will be contacted on the day of delivery when the team is approximately 15-40 minutes away.
For residents in apartment buildings, confirm in advance whether a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for deliveries.
When signing the POD, please inspect the pathway to and from your room of choice. If you encounter any concerns regarding packaging or delivery conditions, document the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver.
Trash Removal
The "Inside and Assembly" delivery service does not include Trash Removal. Should you desire this service, kindly email us at least 4 business days before your scheduled delivery date. Our customer service team will coordinate with our delivery partners to add this service at no extra cost.
Our Return Policy requires that you keep the original Spaze packaging. Otherwise, there is a handling fee of $70 per box, should you wish to return your purchase without the original packaging. Return Policy
Out of Stock/ Pre-order
If an item is currently out of stock with a pre-order message, you can still make a purchase in advance. Once the item is back in stock, we will promptly dispatch your order. Pre-ordering ensures you'll receive your item(s) by the next available restock date.
Order Holds
You can delay your order for up to 30 days at no extra cost. If you need it later than that, it's best to place your order closer to the desired date. Please send us an email and specify your preferred delivery week, if possible.
Redelivery Fee
If there are any last-minute changes to the delivery date or a no-show on the scheduled delivery it will incur a re-delivery fee of $199 or more, depending on your location. If you need to reschedule your delivery date, kindly inform us at least 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date.
