Spaze's sofa beds are designed for quick and easy assembly without advanced building tools or professional assistance. Most products can be assembled by hand using the easy-to-follow instructional guide or assembly videos provided with your purchase or downloaded in PDF format.

Yes, Spaze offers a 3-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. This warranty covers the frame and mechanism for 3 years, and the fabric and foam for 1 year. It only applies to residential use and normal use conditions. For example, if your sofa bed arrives in less-than-perfect quality, you will qualify for warranty coverage.

On the other hand, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, excessive wear and tear, or improper use. Damage caused by jumping on your sofa bed, for example, will not be covered. If you believe your issue may fall under warranty, contact us. We'll work with you every step of the way to resolve the situation. Please retain proof of purchase and provide details of the issue for efficient processing.

Need to return your package for any reason? We also accept returns under these conditions:

• Items must be unassembled and in their original Spaze packaging for returns.
• Missing original packaging? A $70 handling fee per box applies.
• Free trash removal is available within 3 days of delivery (must be requested).
• Delivery to PO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is not available.

Spaze offers various delivery options across the contiguous United States, including assembly and assembly-free Room of Choice delivery. Delivery windows are scheduled with a 5-hour time frame, and you’ll be contacted 1–2 days in advance to confirm.
