Delivery Options:

  1. Room of Choice: Direct delivery to your room, including up to two flights of stairs. Please ensure the path is wide enough for the box. Additional flights of stairs incur a $50 fee per flight.

  2. Assembly & Room of Choice: Delivered and assembled in your room. Please note that Spaze packaging will not be removed. No weekend or holiday deliveries.
  • Package/debris removal can be added at no extra charge if you select the “Assembly & Room of Choice” option. Email us at least 4 business days before your delivery.
  • Handling fee: $70 per box for returns without original packaging.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Additional Fees to Note:

  • Extra Flights: Our delivery rate covers up to 2 flights of stairs. Additional flights are $50 each. Please notify us at least 3 business days in advance so we can inform our delivery partner.
  • Delivery Hold & Storage Policy: We can hold your shipment in our warehouse and dispatch it at a later date. If you wish to delay your order, please provide your preferred delivery date range. Our delivery partner can hold your order at their hub for up to 10 days free of charge. After that, a storage fee of $8 per box per day will apply.

Standard Delivery Zone, most major cities: 7 - 14 business days

Beyond our standard delivery zone: 10 - 20 business days. 

Special Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Provide any specific instructions at least 3 business days in advance. Requests within 2 business days may not be accommodated.
  • Reserve parking for the 26-ft delivery truck if your neighborhood has limited parking.

If your building has a loading dock, ensure it is reserved for delivery.

Curbside Delivery with Courier Service

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships, along with an estimated delivery window. Deliveries are curbside and require a signature. No appointment is scheduled. FedEx will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all are unsuccessful, the order will be held for 5 days before being returned to sender.

Certificate of Insurance

If required, email us a COI sample from your building management. Processing time: 2–3 business days.

Shipping to Remote Areas

For orders to remote or various locations beyond our standard service area, higher shipping fees may apply. Read More

Measuring Your Clearance

Measure doorways, hallways, stairways, and elevators before purchase. Consider tight corners, obstructions, and stair access.

Scheduling Your Delivery Appointment

Once your order is fulfilled, our delivery partner will contact you 1–2 days prior to confirm a 5-hour delivery window. On delivery day, they will call or text 15–40 minutes before arrival.

Please note: Requested time windows are not guaranteed. If your building has restricted access or special requirements, inform us at least 3 business days in advance. We will pass this to the delivery partner, but accommodation cannot always be guaranteed.

Long-Term Storage Fees

Once your order ships and arrives at the local hub, it can be held for up to 10 days at no cost. After this period, a long-term storage fee of $8 per box per day will apply. We offer a free 30-day hold before shipment. To avoid these storage fees, please notify us before your order has shipped if you wish to delay your delivery. 

Redelivery Fee

If there are any last-minute changes to the delivery date or a no-show on the scheduled delivery it will incur a re-delivery fee of $199 or more, depending on your location. If you need to reschedule your delivery date, kindly inform us at least 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date.
