1. Room of Choice: Direct delivery to your room, including up to two flights of stairs. Please ensure the path is wide enough for the box.

2. Assembly & Room of Choice: Assembled in your room. Please note that Spaze packaging will not be removed. No weekend or holiday deliveries.

Additional Information:

• Package/ Debris removal can be added if you select the "Assembly & Room of Choice" delivery option. To add this service at no extra charge, please email us at least 4 business days before your delivery date.
• There is a handling fee of $70 per box should you wish to return your purchase without the original packaging.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

To ensure smooth delivery, if you have any specific instructions, please let us know as soon as possible. We require at least 3 business days' notice to accommodate your request. If informed within 2 business days or less, we cannot guarantee that arrangements can be made.

If your neighborhood has limited parking, please reserve a spot for the 26-ft delivery truck. Alternatively, if your building has a loading dock, please ensure it is reserved for the delivery.

For orders with curbside delivery, no appointment is needed. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link with updates, including the estimated delivery date and time window. Delivery is curbside, and a signature is required.

They’ll attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the order will be held at a FedEx facility for five days before being returned to the sender.

If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance for delivery, we can help complete one for you once your order is placed. Please email us with a COI sample from your building management. We can take 2-3 business day to have it processed and completed and sent back to you. Please keep in mind this timeline when you are scheduling your delivery appointment.

Please measure the height and width of doorways and hallways before making a purchase. It's advisable to measure your space in advance to ensure that the product is a suitable fit and can be easily maneuvered into the desired room. Consider factors such as obstructions behind doors, tight corners, hallways, stairways, and elevator measurements.

Once your order has been fulfilled, our delivery partner will reach out to you to schedule a delivery appointment. 1 - 2 days prior to  the scheduled delivery,  they will contact you to confirm the specific 5-hour time window for the delivery. On the day of delivery, they will call or text when they are 15 - 40 minutes away from your address.

If an item is currently out of stock with a pre-order message, you can still make a purchase in advance. Once the item is back in stock, we will promptly dispatch your order.

Once your order ships and arrives at the local hub, it can be held for up to 10 days at no cost. After this period, a long-term storage fee of $8 per box per day will apply. We offer a free 30-day hold before shipment. To avoid these storage fees, please notify us before your order has shipped if you wish to delay your delivery. 

If there are any last-minute changes to the delivery date or a no-show on the scheduled delivery it will incur a re-delivery fee of $199 or more, depending on your location. If you need to reschedule your delivery date, kindly inform us at least 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date.
