Most items ship within 7–14 business days to standard zones
(West & East Coast, most major cities), or 10–20 business days outside
those zones. Delivery cost starts at $199 for orders under $999 and $99 for
orders $999+ in standard zones (assembly add-on: $50); outside standard zones,
an estimated fee is charged at checkout and confirmed once we get a quote from
our delivery partner.

Yes — please hold onto the original box and packaging until you're sure you'd like to keep the Venera. Returns without original packaging may be subject to an additional fee, since the box is large and requires proper protective packing for return shipping.
