But welcome to 2024! I researched and researched sleeper sofas because we did want a bar which makes any sofa bed very uncomfortable. The Blaine sofa has surpassed our expectations. We wanted a comfortable sofa (which this really is) with a generous queen size bed. Spaze gave us the perfect solution for our small space at a reasonable price! We did buy the mattress topper after reading the reviews. It does the trick as the bed is a tad firm without it. The fabric is beautiful, even better in person. Spaze mailed me a sample and I even easily chatted with a rep to answer all of my questions. The white glove delivery was fabulous- efficient, quick, and clean! Thank you Spaze!

My parents liked it so much that they ended up getting one for their own guest room /office a few months later. We were impressed by the look and how comfortable it was as a couch and a bed (with the added mattress pad). So of course, when we decided to refresh our own guest bedroom / office, Spaze was the obvious choice. We’ve freed up so much space compared to the old queen bed that used to be in there and we’re so much happier with the overall vibe.

The sofabed works perfectly for our needs—nice color and fabric, trim size to fit in small room, the foldout works well and the bed is firm and flat (no bars and sags like regular sofa beds!). Seems like very solid construction. The only thing to note is that the sofa cushions and bed platform are firm—add a foam pad to the bed if you want it softer.

The one thing keeping this couch bed from five stars is the length. It is a bit short for a tall person to sleep on. Otherwise, it’s great!

Great delivery experience, and very pleased with the sofa bed so far! The bed base is flat and even without the dreaded sags and bars of the typical sofa bed. The fabric is a quality textured weave in a great deep orange. The foldout procedure is simple, even though the components are heavier than I thought (seems well made and sturdy). The cushions are a bit firm, a softer option would be nice. I'm sure our guests will appreciate this new addition!

I am converting a bedroom to a multi-purpose room - daily workout /sitting room but easy to accommodate overnight guests when needed. The color is a little lighter than I wanted and wish there had been a little darker option, which is why I gave only 4 stars. I plan to spray it with Scotchguard and give grandkids strict instructions when they come over! I probably looked at 50 sofa bed combinations before making the decision to purchase the Blaine and I’m happy I went with it. As others have stated, it is rather firm. I plan to get a mattress pad when using as a bed for additional comfort and to protect the fabric.

Washington, DC weeks of research on what sleep sofa would work best in my newly converted office, I settled on Spaze Furniture's Blaine sofa bed in bone white. And I'm really pleased with my choice, as is my dog! The sofa is attractive, solid and the flexibility of the design is just what I had hoped for. It can be a sofa, sectional on either side, and a bed. It is really easy to open and close one of the sides and it's quite comfortable. It's a bit firmer than I thought it would be, but that's fine with me. We haven't had anyone sleep on it yet and might use a mattress topper if it's too firm for guests. Also, the delivery process was seamless.

Taylor, Texas I gotta say that despite being rated as one of their more “plush” options, the seat cushions are pretty dang firm, BUT the back cushions are comfy and plush, the color and quality of the fabric are both beautiful, the dimensions of the sofa are perfect (LOVE the depth of the seats and the fact that this is still a queen-sized pullout despite being a compact little sofa) and the customer service through the ordering and shipping process was awesome. So far, we’ve used it a couple times already and it’s held up well and I don’t see how it will wear out if you take care of it properly. We were a bit worried about the off-white color being easy to get dirty or damaged but surprisingly the material is great. Much better quality than our previous sofa bed.

I called and asked several questions since I couldn’t physically see it and the customer service was extremely thorough when answering all my questions. I purchased it to use in a spare room for quest and when I received it I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was wrapped in the box and even more happy when I felt the fabric. The couch is a good quality throughout. The bed folds in/out easily and although I did find it to be a bit firm, once I put on the 2 “ mattress pad I purchased it was very comfortable

Long Beach, California The Blaine sofa is nice looking, compact and works in our space. We’ve yet to use it as a bed. As a couch, it’s a tad firm. My one concern is about their return policy and having to keep all the original packaging, in order to avoid a large fee to return. It’s a huge box with lots of styrofoam. Hopefully there will be no issues and we won’t need to return. Delivery was quick and efficient.

New York, New York We were waiting for a sofa bed from Interior Define since April and there was no answer as to when it would be delivered. I saw Spaze on instagram and loved the way they looked. The sofas were pretty and the functional creative design was amazing. We ordered the Blaine sofa bed and mattress topper on Friday after Thanksgiving and it was delivered on Monday!!! We opted to assemble it ourselves but there really wasn’t much to it other than screwing in the legs. The delivery guys brought it in and set the box right where we wanted the sofa to be. Super simple. The sofa itself isn’t as comfortable as I’d like and the mattress topper is quite big ( you’ll need some good storage space )but the bed is really easy to pull out and the mattress topper makes it feel like you’re sleeping on a very nice bed. Overall, we’re very happy with it and would highly recommend it.

It is everything that we hoped for. Pricey sofa but worth it. Super heavy and strong. Material is really nice and seems sturdy to withstand sitting and sleeping, don't know about spills (yet). Sofa bed pulls out sooo easy and quietly, blown away at how easy it was to pull out and close (compared to years ago sofa beds that needed two people to open and made alot of noise) Very happy with this purchase, that also came delivered within a few days, which was great! All other furniture we have ordered has taken weeks and months to receive, and every single time there were issues with either furniture being damaged or the wrong color. So finding this sofa, ordering and then getting it delivered within days being in our home office was truly wonderful.

It looks great in my living room and is super comfy. It is comfortable to sleep on even though its firmer than I am used to I still a good sleep when I tried it out for a couple of nights. Service was good from Spaze, and the delivery company did well bringing it into my apartment. It is a heavy piece, I won’t be moving it often.

Port Moody, British Columbia We recently purchased the Blaine 3 seater sofa for our home office upstairs in our home. This sleeper sofa is high quality and very heavy. We made the mistake of not getting the room of choice delivery as we thought we could move it ourselves. We were very wrong. The box is large and we couldn’t get it up the stairs ourselves. We contacted Spaze and Mike set up True North to come move the piece upstairs. 3 strong guys showed up and within a few minutes the sofa was set up upstairs and our dilemma was over. It cost $95 and so worth it. Highly recommend Spaze. Customer service has been nothing but excellent and we are very pleased with this sofa bed.

Vancouver, British Columbia Purchased the Blaine sofa-bed and have been very pleased with it. Some things for others to consider: 1) Pay the extra for inside delivery! My wife and I managed to get it upstairs, in the rain, out of the box and mostly still in the plastic wrap, but it almost cost me a hernia and my marriage! That box is NOT meant to be carried. And it is HEAVY. 2) Sitting on the couch was surprisingly firm. I'm glad I waited a few days because it softened up nicely from that initial shocking experience. 3) It is a beautiful couch—it is a functional bed. I love the way it unfolds and allows for you to have two sectional-style extensions to the couch but that makes for a less-than-ideal sleeping surface, especially before the foam has had a chance to soften a bit. Though very well-designed, the cushions can't possibly match up perfectly and there are some valleys between cushions. If you plan on sleeping on it regularly as a bed... (see below) 4) Get a memory foam topper for the bed. The Spaze one wasn't available when I ordered so I found another one elsewhere. Now, after the better part of two weeks sleeping on this bed nearly every night, with the foam a little worked in and a good memory-foam topper, it's a great comfortable bed that I look forward to sleeping in. I'm not one for excesses and a 5/5 review is not my style. The couch is beautiful and well-designed but it was the phenomenal customer service I received that pushes this experience up to a 5-star rating.

The delivery was efficient and helpful and right on time. We love the smooth way each side extends to form a lounger—great for TV watching. It is firm but comfortable. We haven’t yet tried it for sleeping, so unsure how that will work out. Our tall son-in-law just fits stretched out, so we think it is minimal for tall sleepers. We were very pleased with all the speedy communication we have had from the owner of this company, who obviously takes pride in a good product.
