I purchased the Duncan sofabed in Emerald Green for my small NYC apartment. Lots to love about it - at 79 inches, it has a small footprint and the built-in storage is a huge bonus. Have already gotten lots of compliments on the color and the overall look. It is a bit firmer than I expected, but a thick mattress pad or topper should help.

I was in search of a compact sofabed that would convert to a Queen size bed for guests. The Duncan convertible sofa from Spaze fit the bill. Really pleased with my 'Dunkin'model Couch Sofa bed. I wanted an armless daybed type option that wasn't too low profile and comfortable. This is my office and wanted a guest friendly option without staring at a bed. The specs are similar to a twin before pulling it out and it converts to a Queen! I've purchased the topper since it has a cover and it actually fits in the storage section behind the back rest! Delivery with installation was easy and customer service and the moving company were excellent. Check the site and reviews.

Spaze customer service and the Duncan sofa bed are both excellent. You get what you pay for with Spaze. I had some complications on my end relating to delivery, and Spaze's customer service was very easy to communicate with. The delivery went smoothly and professionally and the sofa bed was carefully positioned going up a flight of stairs so as to avoid damaging the bed or the stained glass window on the landing. The bed itself is perfect for my small space. The space requires that the long side of the bed be against the wall. The queen-sized bed that it converts to replaced a full-sized futon, yet takes up approximately the same space due to its compact design. The couch opens into a bed just by pulling on a lever positioned on bottom front of the couch --- no opening up the couch by having to go behind it. The mechanism works very smoothly, requires minimal effort to open and close, and appears to be built to last. The storage space is easy to open and close from either end of the bed. The couch is somewhat firm for sitting, but was perfect with a couple of pillows when sleeping. The couch feels very strong and built to last. Although this is not shown in Spaze's pictures, this couch could be used as a wide chaise by placing the cushions at the head of the bed against the wall. Great for TV watching. The bed did not move away from the wall when used it in this fashion by two occupants but it did move away from the wall with more forceful pressure. I only asks are that it come in a couple more colors like grey and blue and that a brake be installed on the front wheels to keep the bed from any possible shifting. All-in-all, I am a very happy customer.

We love our Duncan three-seater sofa bed. Its comfortable enough and the storage is super handy. We don’t use the bed often mostly just when our kids visit for ski season. The only thing is the storage space can’t fit our queen mattress topper so customer support suggested a vacuum seal bag and that worked perfectly. Now the topper fits in the storage. Perfect!

Got the Duncan sofa bed mainly for guests but I’ve ended up sleeping on it myself a few times and honestly, it’s super comfortable with the topper (highly recommend getting it). Love that it’s queen-sized but still fits in my smaller spare room thanks to the wall-hugger design.

We had heard of Spaze from a friend who was happy with her couch. We wanted a functional sofa that could pull-out for when we have guests that would maximize the limited space we have in one of our rooms. We got the Duncan sofa and it fit the bill perfectly. We especially like the yellow color--it matches our space well and gives the room a nice accent piece. The couch itself is comfortable for sitting, although a little firm for my personal taste as a bed. I'd recommend getting a mattress pad for it. (It's a standard queen size, so very easy to accomplish!) Delivery was quick, easy, and the furniture arrived undamaged. We will likely use them again in the future!

I am super happy with my new sofa bed! I bought the Duncan, because I have a really narrow room, and the horizontal bed suits my room great. It is so well made and so practical; I am happy! The service from Spaze was great and the delivery service was good everything was smooth. The only challenge I had was finding the latch and making the sofa bed transition. This is not well explained in their assembly instructions. The customer service was helpful, but this could have been easier with better instructions.

So happy with my purchase, I love it so much! I agonized for months trying to find the best sleeper option for a small room when I am hosting guests. I looked at daybeds but they would not fit well in my small room when fully extended and I was disinterested in complex assembly or wooden slats that could snap. Sofa beds from other brands sacrificed on storage, had a bulky look that would overwhelm my small room, looked difficult to convert, or seemed uncomfortable (i.e. classic pull out couches with thin mattresses). So glad to have found Spaze and their Duncan sofa! The sofa works perfectly with my small space while still converting into a queen for couples! I love the armless design, clean lines, and the large storage cavity. To top it all off, the sofa is incredibly easy for a petite person to convert and assembly was such a breeze. This really feels like a quality piece that will last a long time. Happy to have made this investment for myself and my guests, and have recommended this brand to my Mom!

The Duncan sofa bed is fantastic! We researched a ton of options, and are very glad we ended up deciding on this one :) It's very high quality and at a great price point, and it's also super easy to install. The one thing is the mattress is more firm (which I don't mind), but if you prefer a softer mattress then I recommend getting the added mattress topper as well. anyways - HIGHLY recommend!

We got this in Pearl White and you can really feel the quality right away. We usually don’t spend this much on furniture but with the storage and sofa bed features, we thought it’d be worth it. There weren’t any reviews but I’m glad I chose this one. It’s on the firmer side so you don’t sink in too much but that’s actually a plus for us.
